Kelsie Charles 71, of Shelbiana, KY passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. She was born in Pikeville, KY May 19, 1945 to the late William (Bill) & Haley “Hall” Keene.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lester Charles, brothers,Whetzel Keene, Poyster Keene, Teddy Robinson, Joe Keene, & Roger Keene, sisters, Fay Thacker & Bertha Belcher.

Kelsie is survived by her loving and devoted children, two sons, Kelly Charles, his wife KellyLynn of Las Vegas & Lester Wayne Charles, his wife, Tammy of Raccoon, KY, one daughter, Marseta Richardson, her husband Terry of Pinsonfork, KY, brothers, Irvin Keene, Benny Keene, & Billy Charles Keene, three sisters, Maxine Adkins, Shirley Slone & Fayetta Slone, seven grandchildren, Cassandra Charles, Andrew Charles, Brittany Kelly, Josh Richardson, Tanner Charles, MaKaylee Charles & April Fields, & four great-grandchildren, Brody Fields, Mazie Fields, Conner Richardson & Raelynn Hope Richardson.
She was a member of The Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church.
Kelsie will be sadly missed by all who loved and treasured her.

The family will accept friends at the Thacker Memorial Chapel Sunday at 6PM March 19, 2017 and Monday March 20, 2017 with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating each night at 7:00 P.M.
The funeral services will be Tuesday March 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Pikeville, KY.
