Argle Kendrick 64 of Raccoon, KY passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 in Hazard, KY.
He was born December 19, 1953 in Grundy, VA to the late John & Kelsie “Thacker” Kendrick.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Gail Mullins & two brothers Phillip and Paul Kendrick.
Argle is survived by his loving wife, Polly “Thacker” Kendrick of Raccoon, one son Argle Lee (Tina) Kendrick of Raccoon, a grandson Mason Lee Kendrick, two sisters, Joyce Parks of TX & Sarah Moore of Pikeville, KY; four brothers, Glenn (Opal) Kendrick of Harold, Charles (Betty) Kendrick of TX, Robert (Martha) Kendrick of TX & Kenneth (Darlene) Kendrick of Pikeville.
Argle was a coal miner & a Primitive Baptist Minister.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will accept friends at the Thacker Memorial Chapel, April 21, 2018, Saturday at 6PM and Sunday April 22, 2018 with services at 7PM each night. Officiating all services will be Noah Slone, Tim Slone, David Allen Thacker, Shawn Dotson & others. Funeral services will be Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Pikeville, KY.
